The Consumer Electronics Show at Las Vegas was not immune to manufacturers trying to ride the Apple bandwagon, often at the risk of violating the iPhone-maker’s intellectual property rights. Endgadget spotted this phone (presumably from China) bearing the name Apple Pie. Not quite an infringement on Apple’s trademark, but still a reminder that would keep Apple on it toes – clones are out there in force.
