First we showed you the pictures of the new Samsung touch screen phones, first showed to the Ukrainians. The F490 and P720 phones are high-end phones that could very well be an alternative to the iPhone. The video puts the two new Samsung phones side-by-side the F700. The F490 looks rather long when held upright. It’s the F700 without the QWERTY keypad. The P720 looks like the successor to the P520, also known as the Samsung Armani phone.
I suppose, what Samsung is trying to prove is that though it may not be able to produce a real iPhone rival any time soon, it could at least flood the market with very interesting smartphones with touch controls.
