Boy Genius Report has the early specs of RIMs touch screen iPhone iller. The BlackBerry 9000 will be using the 624MHz Intel XScale PXA270, which is 24MHz faster than the iPhone’s processor and HSDPA connectivity. The screen will have 480 x 320 pixels and 1GB of onboard memory. Besides 3.5G HSDPA, the BlackBerry 9000 will have WiFi connectivity and GPS.
The specs above is not much more specific than what we already have from two months ago, but new updates like this assures us that a touch screen BlackBerry isn’t all just rumor.
