I’ve been reconsidering my decision to purchase a Nokia 6500 Slide in some future time. The Slide is available now. All I have to do is drop by the nearest mall for my new phone. The N82, which hasn’t arrived yet in my part of the world, is a Symbian S60 smartphone, a slight improvement on the N95, but carrying with it a lower price tag. Compared to the 6500 Slide, it’s about $100 pricier, but with the extra $100 you get a 5 MP camera with Xenon flash, a rel smartphone, WiFi, HSDPA, and GPS.
