Samsung’s Croix touchscreen phone looks awfully like the Samsung F700 without the QWERTY keyboard. At least, from the pictures we have found so far of the Croix, the QWERTY is nowhere in sight, which doesn’t stop us from suspecting the Croix as the same F700 we saw last year. Unless Samsung has forgotten one of the top iPhone Killers, and came up with another iPhone killer instead. Fat chance. The Croix is the Ultra Touch and we expect the QWERTY keyboard to slide out in a press photo real soon.
Just to recap, the Croix will have a 5 megapixel camera, HSDPA connectivity and a Flash UI. The only new information we have so far is that the UI is four-directional, like a cross (”croix” in French).

The Samsung Croix and the F700 are the same phone. It’s just a case of different market, different name. In Germany, it’s called the QBowl.
