We’ve all heard about exploding cellphones and heard about i again from the manufacturers this time who always make it sound that the batteries were just a tad warmer than usual. In India, there has been an incident that would make you think.
A man from India insists that his Samsung battery didn’t just overheat; it exploded. Luckily it didn’t harm anyone, but that’s what it did, EXPLODE. Rajesh Shastri has not filed a complaint to Samsung yet, but this story brings us back to one of our recent posts about cellphone batteries. Again, if you own a Nokia with a BL-5C battery (just open the handset in the back to view the battery information), do the right thing and head to the nearest Nokia service center.
