I was fishing in a small boat with a buddy of mine when the 2 man boat took on water and I forgot I had my Blackberry Pearl in my carrying case. I took the battery out of it and held it out the window as well as putting it over the defrost vents on the dashboard. I also carefully used a hair dryer and put it in a ziploc baggie with wrapped in a kleenex and used oil absorb pellets.

I was concerned about the water damage and thought my Pearl wouldn't work again but when the water disappeared from the screen I charged it and it has worked all week.

My advice is to stay away from water, I thought I left it in the truct.

We can repair most water damaged phones. The best thing to do is remove the battery as soon as it gets wet and do not put the battery back in no matter what. Also do not try to charge the phone. Go to our website www.cellulardr.com and purchase the cell phone liquid damage repair service and send the phone to us.

Our recovery ratio is 80/20 for phones which the battery has been removed right away and declines from there depending on exactly how bad the water has damaged the components inside the phone. Worse case scenario if we can get the phone to atleast power up, we'll be able to extract your information out of it.

Give us a try and see for yourself or read more about this service by clicking on this link: http://www.cellulardr.com/Cellphone-Water-Damage-Repair-Service.htm
