The “nature green Sony Ericsson T650 is woithout a doubt a beautifully designed phone. This is saying a lot, since cell phone manufacturers nowadays are packing way too many features in a way too small device, which leaves very little room for elegance in design. But this is Sony Ericsson.

The T650 doesn’t make any technological breakthroughs, nor is it groundbreaking as a cellphone design. What it is is a perfect blend of high technology and design sophistication. Inside the slim dimensions (104×46×12.5mm) is a dual mode Dual mode UMTS (2100) and GSM/GPRS( 900/1800/1900). The screen is a 262k-color 240×320 QVGA TFT LCD, which is enhanced for the user by the interactive backlighting on the keypad and the side. This will look great when you put down the phone in a dim room (like a school library).

As for being the lightest phone with a 3MP camera, the T650 has a 3.2MP camera with autofocus (the same camera you’ll find in Cyber-Shot phones), elegantly mounted on the back of the phone’s stainless steel body, and all of this weights a lowly 95g.

It is set for a Q3 release, though pricing has not been revealed and there does not appear to be a North American GSM support on this one. Besides the Growing Green color, the T650 is also available in Midnight Blue.
