i currently have the my5 plan.
for the last two months, i’ve been getting charged for calls to and from a number on my list.
i called rogers to have them figure out what the problem was.
rogers told me that there was a LIMIT on the UNLIMITED my5 plan: a maximum of 10 000 minutes
and they told me i’ve exceeded that limit. they asked me if i owned a business of some sort.. for using that many minutes? i’m just a high school student to be honest. and i really don’t think it’s any of their business asking me my reasons for using my minutes.
i really don’t understand that. unlimited shouldn’t have any limits.

The answer is no: Unless you have a Rogers My 5 wireless plan, and have your friend as one of those ‘my 5′ special numbers, you will not have unlimited texting.
Goodness gracious it is easy to add the my 5. Just activate the internet browser on your cell phone. Then it will show you a menu you have to scroll up and down to see the selections. One of them is my5.Make sure you have it highlighted then choose Select on your phone. Then go to edit my 5 by scrolling up and down and highlighting it then press select. Then add the numbers. It is a little slow. Or you can go to the url (webaddress they send you as a message to your wireless phone on a computer on the internet. The internet browser access free either by your phone or by internet. Good luck.
