Our apologies to those of you who tried to visit the site today only to find that it was unavailable. We experienced about an hour of downtime due to a hardware problem with our server. Thanks to Pingdom, our website monitoring tool, we knew about the problem almost instantly and were able to get moving on a fix.
Speaking of Pingdom, now’s probably a good time to gives those Swedes a shout out. Our first experiences with Pingdom were not ideal, but to their credit, our concerns were addressed quickly and the service has been mighty fine ever since. If you need a website monitoring tool, be sure to check out Pingdom. We’ve tried a slough of them but Pingdom gets our vote. Definitely the brawniest bang for the scrawniest buck!
