Samsung Galaxy Apollo now Available on Telus, $49.99 (3-yr contract)

Still remember the Samsung Galaxy Apollo? Well, it’s finally available on Telus. This new Samsung Android phone packs a 3.2-inch 240x400 resolution touchscreen, 3-megapixel camera, WiFi, Bluetooth, 3.5mm jack, microSD card slot (supports up to 16GB, ships with a 2GB microSD card), FM radio, and runs on Android 2.1 complete with Swype technology. It’s a pretty average Android phone in my opinion with no stellar features to brag about. On the good side though, the Telus Samsung Galaxy Apollo is retailing for just $49.99 on a 3-yr contract making it a viable option for those working on a limited budget.
