Samsung Galaxy QFollowing the announcement of the Samsung Epic 4G on Sprint, word is that Samsung will be coming out with yet another QWERTY-equipped Android phone in the form of the Galaxy Q. We don’t have a clue as to what the actual device will look like, but we do have some of its specs already which got posted on Samsung’s Download support page. Based on what’s indicated here, the Samsung Galaxy Q will feature a 3-inch 720×480 resolution SuperAMOLED display, 8-megapixel camera with LED flash, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, HD video recording capabilities, WiFi (b/g/n), Bluetooth 3.0, mini HDMI port, A-GPS, optical trackpad, and runs on a 1GHz Hummingbird processor. It also boasts of 16GB of internal memory with a microSD card for additional storage (up to 32GB), and will come loaded with Android 2.2 as its OS.

It’s a pretty impressive spec sheet indeed, but sadly though, we don’t have a confirmed date yet as to when it will actually be released. According to Korea Times, Samsung is reportedly in talks already with AT&T and Verizon as the potential carriers to offer up the Galaxy Q in the US. If true, we’re optimistic that the Samsung Galaxy Q will be launched well before we bid 2010 adieu.
