We’ve already seen it live in action on a preview video of the BlackBerry Bold 9800, and now, we have the second official teaser video of the BlackBerry OS 6.0 direct from RIM.
Being that this is a promotional video, it’s understandably quite tempting. The visual enhancements are a welcome development and we’re definitely looking forward its new tab-supporting “richer web browser“, but what will really matters the most is if it will perform as smoothly as it does in this video when used on an actual BlackBerry smartphone.
No word yet on when the final and public version of BlackBerry OS 6.0 will roll out, but we’re optimistic that it will happen before the year comes to a close, or at best, in Q3. Some of the devices we can keep an eye out for that could potentially have new BlackBerry OS pre-installed on it are the BlackBerry Bold 9800 slider and BlackBerry 9670 flip phone.
