Verizon-bound Motorola WX445 Android phone gets leaked

Here’s a first look at what could be Verizon’s next Android phone offering, the Motorola WX445.

Motorola WX445

It runs on Android 2.1, comes with a camera (rating still unknown) sans flash, and a touchscreen that’s estimated to be somewhere between 2.5 to 3-inches in size. It’s powered by a modest 1170mAh battery, and reportedly also comes loaded with MotoBLUR on-board. According to the guys who sent in these pics to Engadget, it’s “not a very impressive phone” and as you’ll probably notice in these snapshots, its shape somewhat resembles the Palm Pre.

With that being said, we’re expecting this to be an entry-level Android phone for the masses. No word yet on when it will be released, but we certainly wouldn’t be surprised if Verizon decides to launch this baby within the week.
