When it comes to cell phone service, those of you living in smaller communities don’t have nearly as much choice as us city folk. In most cases it’s either Ma’ Bell or… Ma’ Bell. Fido was hoping to change that by expanding its service into more Canadian communities, but they’ve got no money left in the piggy bank.
The parent company of Fido, Microcell, says it’s putting expansion on hold and delaying the rollout of its network to small communities.
So, for now your going to have to hope Ma’ Bell is treating you right.
