Well it’s not here here, but it’s in Japan! NTT DoCoMo became the first 3G carrier in the world on Monday when it launched its 3G service in Tokyo. Now one must wonder if it will live up to the hype. DoCoMo promises image and video downloads and high-speed net access (between 65 and 384 kilobits / sec).
