Is it just me, or does this move seem a little silly?
It appears that Nokia may have something tricky up its sleeve. They have laid the N-Gage to rest, but have just released a fancy new multi-player N-Gage game?
The demo of the 3-D fighting game, ONE is available for download at N-Gage.com. The style-conscious fighter can select a handful of clothing and accessory options in the demo version– only a taste of the infinite combinations available in the full version.
The full version boasts an available fourteen “real” fighting locations around the globe. The demo allows fighters to check out the New York and Hong Kong locations.
Exclusive to the N-Gage platform, ONE allows players to fight in single-player mode, or go toe-to-toe with an opponent via Bluetooth.
Why would Nokia go out of its way to hype and release such a fancy new game for a device they are phasing out? Perhaps they aren’t phasing it out at all. Maybe somewhere in a secret Nokia laboratory they are developing an N-Gage 2.0.
