Still remember the Motorola Opus One? We understand if you’ve already forgotten about it since we had very little info to accompany the pics we posted earlier this month and especially now that Google’s got everyone’s attention with the surfacing of the Nexus One (aka Google phone).

Anyway, for those interested to know more about this iDen Android phone, we’ve got finally got its specs for you. The Motorola Opus One comes with a 3.1-inch 320×480 capactivie touchscreen, 3-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash, WiFi (802.11m/g), Bluetooth, 2.5mm jack, 512MB flash, 256MB RAM, A-GPS, and a microSD card slot for additional storage. The Home, Menu, Back, Speaker buttons below the touchscreen, meanwhile, are capacitive buttons that feature haptic feedback. It runs on Android 1.5 and boasts of iDEN PTT & PTX support and is preloaded with some useful very useful apps such as a corporate email client with ActiveSync support, MOTONAV navigation, barcode scanner, and document viewer. The Opus One is 58mm wide and 118mm long, and is encased in a plastic housing complemented by some rubberized texture finishes.

There’s still no info on the availability of this Android iDen phone. However, given that we now have Opus One’s complete specs, it wouldn’t be surprising if the next thing we get treated to is its release date and possible pricing, or better yet, an official announcement from Motorola.
