Fox Kids Europe NV said it launched new speech and messaging services (SMS) in the UK last December with mobile technology company m-Wise. The services offer children a range of features using SMS as a delivery platform, with m-Wise supplying applications, relations with mobile phone operators and technical support to deliver the products. Fox Kids Europe is providing the content and marketing expertise.
