Con: Too many programming problems. They can't fix problems in a day, it takes weeks.

I purchased this phone for our daughter. There was a computer clitch with their program. We have been waiting 30 days for them to fix it, and they still havent'. Customer service can never give us any answers other then "sorry for the inconvence". I would never reccommend this phone or the service to any of our firends.

It was a bit awkward trying to get the SIM card into the phone but I could live with that since it is meant to be a kid's phone and you don't want them to have easy access to the SIM. Whenever I receive a call from my children, it sounds as though they were talking into a Tin Can. There is also an annoying echo when carrying on a conversation. The only great feature is that they can't use the phone to dial just any number.
