bought phone at full price. Asked for unlock code which took 10 - 15 days. It took 3 months and still no unlock code. Called in talk with rep got disconnect 3 times because they could not resolve it. bought phone at full price. Asked for unlock code which took 10 - 15 days. It took 3 months and still no unlock code. Called in talk with rep got disconnect 3 times because they could not resolve it. Spoke with supervisor, even they couldn't do anything. I paid the $10 for the unlock code and couldn't get it back. WHATEVER you do don't go with wind they provide really bad customer service.

Avoid this company. I wanted them to succeed when the first came into the marketplace and didn't think they could ever be worse than the big 3. Well the are worse by far. Do Not go to this carrier they are thieving shysters. And they have the worst service. AVOID

I ordered one prepaid phone online and was charged twice. After many calls to WIND and to my credit card company, the mistake was corrected. But a week after the promised delivery date, there is still no phone package! I called the company two more times, their staffs did not know whereabouts of the phone. Their website cannot show the dispatch status of its own products! Their foreign trained staffs speak non-professional English and always put you on hold so each time I waited at least twenty minutes in total. Worst of all, the sale is final (no cancellation or refund allowed) which I did not know when ordering it online. It was written in a tiny font at the end of their webpage. What a scam!

I purchased a brand new phone Samsung Galaxy III for a Mothers Day present for my wife at Cambridge Mall. From day one my wife kept on complaining that it was not fully charging. After a week, we complained to the store where we bought and said we can bring it to the service center for checks. When I found time to go the store in Kitchener service center at Fairview Mall, it was already 17 days from purchased. We called customer service that we need to speak to the Supervisor of the Service Center however the person is only in the store few days in a week. The people in the service center do not want to receive the phone for service since only the Supervisor or Manager is the one authorized. I thought it was just due to being brand new phone. We want it replaced but said it is more than the 15 days period therefore they can't do anything about it. We been going back and forth for 5 times already in the Service Center and nothing happened. The phone is still with us then we call Customer Service so I can speak to the Manager but they are not available and promised that someone will call us but never did for a week now. My wish is to talk to the CEO or Executive Management of the company and express my disappointing experience. I am spending too much time on this and we need a phone but can't cancel since |I got a 3 year deal which I paid almost $300 off front. Can someone in the organization help me on this! It is sad that this company is spending a fortune for advertisement but the key fundamental customer service can't be addressed. Our word of mouth is more powerful that your adds if we are a happy customer. By the way, worst thing is they said phone is services and we need a loaner, we have to pay $10..What? we already suffered the poor service and paid a lot of money now they still want to squeeze my blood....HOPE THE CEO WILL READ THIS AND WILL CONTACT ME..
