I am using it for last 2 years.. Worst customer service..their only focus is to get new customers..they doesn't care for existing customers.. For any problem, u will need to call them for at least 5 times. They don't know, what's call customer service.

I have been using wind for the last 3 months. Reception is great in Mississauga where i live and work. Their customer service is great. I know several people who switched to wind and they are quite happy... I wonder why there are so many negative reviews about wind!
