If you are considering WIND, don't. Seriously, you will regret it. Never have I had worse customer service in any company whatsoever. I have had problems with my phone since I got it a year ago. I'd never had a Smartphone before and I thought the problems I was having were normal, but no. They aren't. It only got worse.
And since I got my phone at a booth, I was told to a location far from where I live to get it fixed. Did it end there? No. I went and told them the problems I was having and they told me they have a protocol to first reset your phone. And then replace sim cards. And then repeat number one and two until your manufacturer's warranty expires basically.
Resetting the phone did not work. It did nothing and same problem persisted. I went again and was told to "prove" my phone was having difficulties, which I did. Then, since I didn't have a credit card on me, I was told they couldn't do anything to send it off -- EVEN THOUGH I WAS STILL COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
So I thought, fine, I will wait until my final exams and then get it fixed. But lo and behold, I go, and again am asked to prove my phone isn't working in the most condescending manner I have ever been spoken to. And then when the cretin of a manager shows up he tells me with a smirk on his face that my warranty is up. By 6 days. And promptly tells me that there's "nothing he can do!" and smugly wishes me a good day.
So now, after visiting them countless of times and trying to get my phone fixed I am left with a tab for that shitty phone that won't work. I have called in numerous times and explained myself, followed with a monotonous "I understand" -- only to be told there's nothing they can do.
Useless company. If you want customer service of any sort, go anywhere. Really, ANYWHERE. I've been at many different companies and they're all BEYOND SUPERIOR to this one. BUYER BEWARE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Also, if you want reception you're out of luck.
