Too bad. Virgin Mobile is not what it used to be since Bell got involved (of course) Customer service could not be worse......not to mention the changes made to their website. I am already looking to change to another provider.

I switched to Virgin Mobile from Bell because Bells customer service was terrible and I found Virgin to be awesome!!
As soon as Bell took over everything started to change and it's gone downhill from there.
