I'm surprised by all of these bad reviews. I've been with Virgin for the past year and haven't had any issues. I've called Customer Service a few times and they were helpful and friendly. Honestly, no complaints on my side. I'm happy with them so far.

Switched from Telus due to technical faults on their end and horrible customer service to virgin. It's been fantastic and the service centres are great but the billing is a bit iffy at best.
