I transferred my number to another carrier in Oct. 2011. Never received the final invoice from Virgin. Today receive a letter from a Collections Agency demanding I pay the over due amount (which I was unaware of cause Virgin never contacted me). I didn't move, change my phone number, etc... No... More

To date I'm very satisfied for the money I'm paying - paying less than my previous provider( more minutes and features). Customer service is super.
