My experience has Ben good from buying the phone to back room support....the salesman explained the package very well....moved all my contacts over too...I had a question n my first month billing and it was handled quickly by their support team...no dropped calls....I checked out all other providers... More

No dropped calls, great coverage, friendly and helpful service and super plans make virgin mobile the best carrier I have ever been with! My sister and good friend are also on virgin, and they have the same opinion! Cheers!

They ported my old number over from my previous company and cancelled my services/contract with my other company, so I never had to do anything.... More

Virgin Mobility Canada is now a Bell Canada company. Dropped calls and "no service" notices in areas where you had service before are now common. Thanks CRTC and Bell for further reducing customer choices here in Canada.

Once they have your money they don't care. Being charged $200 because an employee told me I was eligible for a hardware upgrade, but I wasn't. I'm now stuck with the $200 fee and the customer service rep and manager of the store said "you can't prove it was our error."

No lending system while phone is being repaired.

I am so disappointed and frustrated that Virgin Mobile does not have a lending system if you need to send your phone to be repaired. It's been 3 weeks my phone was sent to be repaired and they can't lend me a phone in the meantime. Very unreliable company.
