Absolutely the worst I have ever received from any company ant any time.

My experience has Ben good from buying the phone to back room support....the salesman explained the package very well....moved all my contacts over too...I had a question n my first month billing and it was handled quickly by their support team...no dropped calls....I checked out all other providers and this was best deal (for what I needed).. I was a little concerned about the reviews posted, but for me it has been good!

No dropped calls, great coverage, friendly and helpful service and super plans make virgin mobile the best carrier I have ever been with! My sister and good friend are also on virgin, and they have the same opinion! Cheers!

I have been using Virgin Mobile for about 2 years and have never had any problems with this company!

When I first got my phone set up, it was quick and easy. They ported my old number over from my previous company and cancelled my services/contract with my other company, so I never had to do anything. I did not even get a bill from the old company charging for the remainder of the contract - it was just taken care of, somehow!

The Cell Service has never failed on me (no dropped calls, never been spotty), and the last time I called customer support I got what seemed to be a Canadian / American person on the line, who was able to help me out just fine.

Quite honestly I am surprised at the reviews. I have brought my sister and my boyfriend over to Virgin Mobile, as well, and they have both been equally satisfied! They, too, did not have any problems with charges from their previous company when they cancelled their services. And I have received no complaints from them on the service.

I have experience with switching my plan, as well, and didn't have any issues with that, either. It was easy (no questions asked, no "conditions"), they did not charge me to switch... I even added another phone onto my account at the same time, and it was all done seamlessly.

I think it should be noted that I always just see a Virgin Mobile representative in person. I notice a lot of people complaining about problems with their accounts when setting them up over the phone... Now, I understand this is unreasonable, and service shouldn't suffer just because it is over the phone, but sometimes it helps to see a person face-to-face, if you can. In person, I've always received fast and friendly service, and everything has always been done right.

Virgin Mobility Canada is now a Bell Canada company. Dropped calls and "no service" notices in areas where you had service before are now common. Thanks CRTC and Bell for further reducing customer choices here in Canada.

Phoned customer care from my cell phone to have an international roaming package added to my account on April 14th, 2013. The care specialists name was Jamie. And I spoke to him for about 30 minutes to try and have this roaming package added for a month for $100.

I am from BC, Canada so I thought I was being smart in having this added. I own a business and still had to be reachable at times whether it was a quick phone call, text, or to check voicemails. During this phone conversation in Hong Kong....with Jamie, the server was down and his computer froze while he was trying to add this package for me. I told him that I was going to be on a long flight and that this was a huge inconvenience. He promised to add the package once the server was back up and would get it down by 10pm that night. So as a customer you trust the person you just talked to for 30 minutes over the phone. Well I learned my lesson...I now have a bill for $567.00. No roaming package was ever added. After to speaking with 4 care specialist they have all admitted that the notes in the computer proves the error on their end just as I have told and that they will have a team leader/manager call me back within 15 minutes. I have now been waiting 6 days and not one manager has called me back after 4 phone calls and 4 different people. They have not admitted their employee screwed up, or that Jamie over promised and under-delivered. Or that they had technical diffulties. ZERO integrity. I Will never trust Virgin again. I Will never refer Virgin to anyone. I am contacting the BBB. And I am pissed off. As a consumer Virgin has left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Once they have your money they don't care. Being charged $200 because an employee told me I was eligible for a hardware upgrade, but I wasn't. I'm now stuck with the $200 fee and the customer service rep and manager of the store said "you can't prove it was our error."

Virgin is by far the best cellular company to be with...super friendly and all virgin employees make me feel like they are really trying to help me any way they can....thanx virgin

I am so disappointed and frustrated that Virgin Mobile does not have a lending system if you need to send your phone to be repaired. It's been 3 weeks my phone was sent to be repaired and they can't lend me a phone in the meantime. Very unreliable company.

This is, bar none, the most obfuscated, convoluted, and illogical system available for mobile phone service. if you never leave home, you might be ok. however, don't try traveling with the virgin service - when i suggested that virgin mobile needs to learn how to do things from the americans, the "helper" hung up on me. i will switch to another mobile service and will NEVER deal with this mickey mouse outfit again.
