This has to be the most inept company ever!! Billing on line doesn't work but that is your fault. I will go back to writing letters over a Solo phone again!!

The customer service seems built around an endless loop and transfers until you give up trying to cancel your plan, and simply get ripped off another month.

the phone is junk and the plan is junk also, it seems that you can not get a local # so every call is long distance they sure no how to sock it to you. Land line must call your number long distance. Can't wait till contract is over.

Three hours of being transferred to twelve different reps first try, another hour and four more reps the following day, NO KIDDING!! Still no resolution to being billed for service that was cancelled, unable to cancel until over billed fees paid in full. This is corruption at it's finest.
