i have been with wind for about a year. I have notice that the service is getting better. The customer service is not the best but the phone and internet is getting better all the time.I am glad i switched to wind.

As it sits $25 for 4 months service life is pretty good compared to other major carriers and the call quality if pretty good on my LG Optimus One. The phones they have are pretty weak.

The customer service is the worst I have ever come across, and makes Bell and Rogers look good in comparison. Operators are never able to help with any issues, and they disconnect constantly and you end up calling back and going back in the cue and spending all day on hold.

Bought the Nexus S back in October, live in the deep southwest Calgary 24st - 162 ave, usually have 1-2 bars in home, data pings around 250ms, download avg.1 - 2 Mbps, upload avg .5Mbps. Voice quality is great too. For the price compared to the Big3 this is a terrific unlimited deal at $40.
