However the reception/service is really poor across the GTA, we find ourselves in "WINDAWAY" zones too many times - despite still being local based on other carriers.

The lady I spoke with today was more than helpful, she was polite made me feel like I was the only customer she had to take care of.
My daughter who is 19 and has no experience this way was not so lucky and had some very not nice service people! and less than helpful..

they charge me each month 700 when I was called for my satisfaction and told them I am not happy they cut the line once they told me I have credit and eligible for free crappy phone I took it and found out that they extended my contract my advice go away from this company
