Three hours of being transferred to twelve different reps first try, another hour and four more reps the following day, NO KIDDING!! Still no resolution to being billed for service that was cancelled, unable to cancel until over billed fees paid in full. This is corruption at it's finest.

they are aweful
i just changed numbers but their sales person
messued up and i was billed 300 dollars for a cancellation fee
and they said the only way i could get out of it was to pay it
or extend my contract for 3 more years

please stay away from bell. i could give you a long storey about billing problems & customer service (convergys call centers) & even being billed an extra $500.00 after my contract was fulfilled but i won't , so please save yourself alot of headaches...

The service is terrible. The coverage sucks! And what is worse is that their contracts equal to huge fees, small print, and rules and regulations that are not disclosed prior. I would rather use the payphone than deal with them again.

the customer service in Egypt is the worst customer service I have ever had. Every time I call I get a C.R. from Egypt and they always make mistakes, and tell me to do things to my phone that actually damaged my phone. I Hate this company now, I rather pay more then be with such a headache.
