Be aware of there better together savings plan. Windmobile states that the $5 per phone credit will apply after 30 days. Activated 3 phones on December 17th. You are the worst provider ever. I called your tech support 3 times for different issues. It always take 5 minutes before an agent take the call. When you do transferring of calls, it takes more than that. Two of those three calls, I need to hang up because I was pissed off for waiting more than 15-20... More

Had Wind mobile for 3 months before going back to another provider. I had no reception in my own house (Mississauga) or on the road in front. Lost reception on the QEW in Oakville and 407. Should be a great deal but help service is poor and to many problems losing the calls.

The customer service seems built around an endless loop and transfers until you give up trying to cancel your plan, and simply get ripped off another month.

DO NOT USE SOLO MOBILE

VIRGIN Sucks....Just ripping off money....all the customer service people say something and when the total bill comes up it shows up something different...i Hate virgin and would recommend everyone not to use their service.

the phone is junk and the plan is junk also, it seems that you can not get a local # so every call is long distance they sure no how to sock it to you. Land line must call your number long distance. Can't wait till contract is over.
