Threatening phone call

Just got a phone call from a collection agency saying I had not paid my Solo Mobile bill. When I explained that I do not have and have NEVER had an account with this company, I was threatened - told specifically, that "this would come back to haunt me..." Who are these goons? Both Solo Mobile and the collection agency. David Mathers, Victoria, BC.
