At first I was quite satisfied with my Koodo account and phone. I even got my husband, son, sister and her husband to sign up. They should have given me a finders fee really. However, my LG Keybo recently broke down. When I went to remove the charger the whole inside piece from the charging chip came out with it. I took it in for repair, which the clerk informed me is covered under my warranty plan. I went to pick my phone up 3 weeks later and they hadn't repaired it. That's when they stiffed me with an invoice of $203 dollars for the repair!!!! What the heck happened to my warranty??? I did NOT break this chip on purpose or was mishandling it, i simply unplugged it and it fell apart and now Koodo refuses to fix my phone or honor their warranty by getting their immature foul mouthed clerks to tell me that they believe I broke my phone myself!! I'm so mortified with them and their service that I will continue to tell everyone I know how terrible they have treated me, as a customer. They just don't care and are not what they say they are as a company and quite frankly I am now ashamed to have ever signed up with them. Shame on you Koodo!!! Shame...Karma goes around!
