straighttalk a bust

Just attempted to activate my straighttalk phone today (Monday-November 16,2009). First attempt was by internet on "straighttalk.com". After completing the questions and hitting "submit", was informed by message that my serial number was already activated by another account. I had just purchased phone at WalMart and was in sealed package. Repeated process and met with same result. Then I went to "1-877..number provided for customer support and went through same process by phone with individual who must have been 3000 miles away and English was a fourth language. Then was transferred to his supervisor who apparenty was the one who taught him English and he was just as much help. Both concurred "You have phone that be activated already". Just got back from Wal-Mart taking this really fine entry into the prepaid phone market back. Do you really need for me now to tell you my opinion?
