well how can i say this i no longer have my broken htc touch (wich i threw out) that was on warranty that bell decided to do nothing to repair the phone! i had to resort to using my old phone on my account.

i wasn't oringinaly worried because the service rep told me that i had an upgrade credit available to me in late october so i called today november 10 and they told me that i no longer am eligible for an upgrade credit.... i asked why and they told me that they no longer offer these credits until the contract periode is up in order for people to resign into another contract. i asked to speak with a supervisor and they refused.... the rep told me that she had spoken to her supervisor for me and that the supervisor agreed with her.
the problem tho is that i was never placed on hold.... so @ what point did she speak with her supervisor. essentially she flat out lied to me. I then asked if they had a customer relations dept and she never answered me....

so i then asked that since ive been a customer with bell now for over 8 years is there anything i qualify for because the phone that i had to reactivate (being 8 years old) is having troubles( the keys arent working i cant dial out except for my contact list) and they said no! so i asked her what should i do then considering that i have 2 more years remaining on my contract. she paused and said i had two options, 1. was buy a new phone wich there cheapest phone they could offer me was 250.00$ plus an activation fee of 35.00$ and then i would have to buy a sim card for another 35.00$ or 2. just deal with it.
i told her that this was completely unacceptable and she said so what did i want her to do about it.

im so incredibly dissapointed with bell now that the damage done is irrepitable! i dont care what plan im on or what deal im getting i just simply cant be part of a company who flat out doesnt care about anything but THEIR BOTTOM LINE!
