Loyalty is not a Priority with Bell

I have been a customer for almost 7 years with Bell. Their customer service has gone from excellent to the worst ever!!!

Although I have been a good customer, they recently reneged on an offer they made me in August/09. They promised me a $150 hardware credit to be used at any time. I called today, Nov.9/09 to confirm the credit and they have decided that they will no longer offer me that credit and I have to wait until my contract comes up in April/10 to receive anything. Talking with the supervisor, ED... sure didn't help either. They all stick together and back up each others story. New policies they say!

They state that they will pick and choose who gets the credit and who doesn't. Their system decides. Well I am not going to be a pawn in their multi-million dollar business.

I am switching to my old provider come April/10.
