terrible

If you're thinking about switching to koodo, beware:
terrible coverage - you lose service all the time, for me, probably at least 3 or 4 times a day.
texting issues - Everyone that i know that has koodo has had problems with texting. Usually once every few days ill have length of time (from 20 minutes to a couple days) where texting is very delayed, and it can take hours for people to recieve my texts, or me to receive theirs. taking out the battery and turning off the phone don't fix this.
Costumer Service - first of all, DO NOT get the tab, its basically another word for contract. You may think you can just pay off the tab if you want to, but trust me you won't want to when it comes time, and it takes 5 to 10 years to pay off the tab normally. I was having alot alot of problems with koodo and customer service was doing nothing for me. After a few months i finally got some decent service from them. I talked to a rep, she told me they would reverse my tab to $0, AND give me a $150 credit towards a new phone. I even said, so no strings attached, when i pick up my new phone its free, and she said yes. Turns out, they put me on another tab. I don't understand how its free, if i have to pay for it. I called talked to a snappy rep, who put me on hold for 15 minutes, then hung up. Called back, talked to another snappy rep that basically said it was my own fault, asked to speak to a manager. The manager basically said i was an idiot, in a nicer way, because why would they give me a new phone. I told her that it was never specified that it would be on a tab, and she said "why would we give you a phone for free".
So to conclude, if you want to get screwed over, go with koodo.
