Last week I visited a KOODO booth in the mall, and the guy there was very friendly and helped me to change my monthly plan of 25.00 to 35.00/month. With the added minutes , this sounded great. However, what he DIDN'T tell me is that in doing so, they erased my add-on Features (Voicemail and Call Display for the previous price of 10.00) and now i have to add them back on for 12.00/month, even though I did NOT wish to alter them at all. That ticked me off enough, but then I was doing more research on the interent and supposedly I'm going to have to pay 35.00 MORE this next billing period, just for changing my plan. He did NOT tell me this, and now I'll get a much bigger bill this month than I was counting on.
I've had good experiences with Koodo for the most part (although they always seem to tack on added little expenses each month making my phone bill MUCH bigger than I count on), but this is ridiculous. Why should i pay something if I'm not properly informed by the sales associate?
