Koodo mixed bag

Signed up with Koodo back in June and have been generally happy with service however there are a few small issues. First issue is with text messaging. With one friend of mine on Rogers I will send a message and it will show up on her phone 3+ times even though I only sent it once. With my girlfriend also on Rogers sometimes text messages won't show up for hours at a time. I called Koodo tech support (very very helpful I might add) and the tech ran a lag test and it turned out there were huge lag spikes to Rogers he told me it was a common problem due to there being a middle company that connects all the carriers in terms of text. That so far has been my only beef with Koodo as a carrier. Only other issue would be hire more CSR's because sometimes it takes a while to get through however when you do the CSR are polite and helpful. Overall I'd give Koodo an 8 out of 10 -1 point for long hold times on CS calls and -1 point for the texting issue which could or could not be a Koodo-Rogers specific thing.
