They are a$$holes of the highest order... even after cutting me off for non-payment - after they imposed what I regard as some very bogus charges that I refused to pay, and they refused to waive - they continue to bill me monthly... and add to my debt to them.

If I could give them a negative rating, I would.

I wish I had known they are merely Telus rebranded before I signed on with them.

My advice to anyone considering signing on with these bozos - do a google search with Telus Sucks to see how many hits you get, and then remember that Koodo is Telus trying to hide its identity.
