Koodo works just fine! Better than the others!

I've had nothing but excellent service from koodo so far. My friend on the other hand kept complaining about his text messaging issues with koodo, HOWEVER it turned out that he was his own worst enemy. For 2 straight months the guy never turned his phone off. Well, what happens when we don't shut down computers? No software update either. He went to the store they told him to power down once in a while. Ever since that his texting works great!
Looks like there is a bunch of folks who rather blame the company than admit "user error".:-))))
