I've been with Koodo for about a month now, I'm really happy with everything. I had gotten one phone and it started making weird noises so I brought it into the store, and they just exchanged the phone right then and there nothing to it! The only thing I would make a fuss about is the fact that my texts sometimes get sent more than once, its kind of annoying, I have unlimited texts so I don't have to pay for the multiple ones I didn't intend to send. Overall I'm happy with the service, no need to call CustomerService (since you get chaged) with their online stuff.
