Text Messaging at Koodo

Has anyone else had major problems with Koodo's text messaging? Here are my problems:
1. People are not receiving my txt messages
2. When they do receive them, the source telephone number is not my number
3. Constant "send fail" errors.
4. When I call Customer Service about the txt messaging problem, they simply say 'It happens every so often, so you need to call us to unblock your message". This is unacceptable.
Help!! This has been going on for over 6 months. Is Telus going to fix Koodo or just let it slide.
