I bought my phone 10 days ago and found many problems wrong with my phone and the service. 3 days ago, I try to call them to do a return because they claim to have a 14 day money back guarantee(used to be 30 days). However the system was done and I could no reach a customer rep. Today, I called in the afternoon, and after 15 minutes of waiting on a line, a rep told me I should go to a kiosk to return the phone, even though I bought it from the webstore.So I went to a kiosk but they told me that they are unable to do a return there, so I go back home, call them, wait about 40 minutes and now I hope its finally done. During this time, I really question the company`s competency.

In addition, my phone had a lot of static on hte line. I don`t know if it is the phone itself or the network problem. Text messaging is unreliable. Msgs either get sent 2 hrs later or fail to send at all.

FYI, I have the motorola rival a455. Bad phone. Touch screen is overly sensitive therefore keep on accidently sending people msgs. mechanic buttons are difficult to use. The sensor that detects the orientation of the phone keeps activiting when im talking. Limited functions.
