Koodo is great!

I am not even sure where to start. How about we should start with the complaint that people insist on putting on here. People complain about warranty, their phones not working, bills to high... whatever else!!
First of all - Your phone not working.. Try paying your bill? Trust me.. My phone has never been turned of.
Second: People complaining about long hold times to get through.. Maybe try being a little bit independent and looking into it yourself - Do some research before calling in. You can view your bill in full detail @ koodomobile.com (self serve) you can even change your plan, see your airtime and data usage. - a rep even told me about koodomobile.com/billing if i had any questions or concerning about my bill. Their website has all the information on the company on there .. it even has their service terms!
I think its a matter on people being responsible.
I have never had any serious problems with Koodo.. Why you ask? Maybe because I know I will not DIE if I dont have text messaging for a day...
People also need to keep in mind - You complain about the poor customer service but you have to keep in mind that the people that you speak to when you call in are HUMAN. I have never had any problems with poor customer service. People just need to realize that when you call in cursing and calling names - The poor people on the other line are just doing their job. Have some empathy!
Anyways all I have to say is I love Koodo!
