koodo is a good cell phone provider. i have the 25 dollar plan with added call display and i couldn't be happier.i looked around at a lot of other cell plans and koodo is the cheapest. per second billing is just wonderful. the only down fall is ... you guessed it customer service. if you go to a koodo place in a mall its ok but the call center sucks. even in the mall they couldn't send my phone away because i got it online. well i could but but i could not get a . in concultion koodo is great for someone looking for a good,cheap plan with lots of features.
