I bought a phone from Koodo and wanted to get a hands free set; the guy sold me a used/ opened one for the price of new one. When I realized it, I took it back and asked him about it; he simply said they wont resell a used one in their store. Guess what? when I pushed him to replace it with a new one; he got me sign a repair sheet, saying the ewception was not good! These are a bunch of loosers with little nor no morale/ ethical sense, just plain greedy to make some money off unsuspecting consumers. Never buy anything from Brentwood mall Koodo store.
