i second u on that. i just finished talking to a tech agent cuz my text messaging randomly stopped working and when i called to complain and asked not to be charged for my fave 5 plan for the month since i couldn't make text msgs and plus, i got charged for the calls i made to compensate for the text msg thing, the agent gave me his ATTITUDE in return. and then when i asked to be transfered to customer relations or someone in charge, he got offended that i didn't think HE was in charge, which he wasn't. i mean, seriously?
