Koodo Mobile / Reviews

I am looking to switch from Rogers and I'm basically down to Koodo and Virgin. I like the Koodo packages better as well as the LG Keybo, but it's tough to decide with the information provided here. I think the customer service at ALL the providers can suck at some point, depending on who you get. I wish we had a competitive market like the US or Europe so we could really get some kick ass cell plans.
Anyway, what I'd like to know is, what do people find when they use the Koodo service? Are calls dropped a lot? Are they clear? Good coverage? Texting - is it pretty much instant? Any recent problems with it? Is it worth it to switch from a big boy like Rogers?(my contract is ending in 2 weeks) Anyone have the LG Keybo? What do they think of it?

These are the questions I have, not customer service problems.
