I tried changing my phone number and I was told by the sales representative at the store I can do it online and will take about 15mins and I will get a text msg on the cell phone telling me what to do to restart the phone. THAT WAS A LOAD OF BS. It took 30mins+ and my samsung u410 did not receive any text msgs and I ended up searching through numerous sites and pages to figure out how to fix the problem. Phone no longer worked and said it hasnt been activated and I must call *611 for assistance. Customer service (*611) was closed at the time (they are only open from 10am-9pm on weekdays >___

As a new cell phone customer I was encouraged to accept email billing. When I changed my mind and asked for paper billing (extra cost) I have now entered my 68th day without a bill. Now 6 calls by me,and one call by the store that sold me the phone I still have no bill. I suspect my phone will be disconnected shortly for non payment of a bill I don't have. What awful customer service. There is a one bright spot though, they will have to tell me how much I owe on the collection notice they send me.
