Okay So Far
5/10
Gotta tell you, I came from Bell Mobility and I actually paid the $400.00 cancellation fee to go to Koodo, and so far, shy of the duplicate texts I occassionally get, the service isn't half bad. Keep in mind, this company is a fresh attempt at better service. I mean, nobody gets it perfect on their first try. Koodo is going to get better the more people use it and support it. Make complaints to the company about the service, if they care about making money, they'll do what it takes to keep you there. Sure the customer service is horrible, they've outsourced, what outsourced company has good service. Not to be racist but tech support in foreign countries always sucks. Let me tell you though, Bell sucks more. I had called them, asked them to charge the full cancellation fee to my credit card and close the account. They charged $400 flat, then the month after instead of closing the account they credited it for $12.00, then the month after that charged me the taxes for the $400. I told them to take me to collections or cancel the charges. They cancelled the charges and FINALLY, after 2 months, closed the account. So after all that, with worse customer service, and overall poor coverage with my phone for 2x the cost I'm paying for the same service I have with Koodo, they let me go. On top of that, with my phone in warranty, the battery died a month away from the end of the warranty, they refused to replace the battery and tried to sell me a blackberry. So don't complain, you guys have it good.
