Koodoo: terrible service, hidden contract:: AVOID

I got a Koodo plan on a "Tab" system meaning that I have to pay don the value of the phone with a percentage of my phone bill. Fair enough right? I also (for business reasons) have a Virgin phone and a T-Mobile as well. Koodo is the most expensive of them, the telephone customer support is totally weak, I now went through the wonderful process of cancelling my Koodo account and found out that the "TAB" system is a CONTRACT thus making their whole advertising campaign a lie (and a tasteless one at that). Koodo is a branch of Telus and you can be sure that the execs at Telus are going to be firing a bunch of Koodo people soon. The bills are almost indecipherable, the customer support is apt to hang up on you, they do not change things as requested and the web profile does not allow one to really change anything. For those of you who will be cancelling your Koodo accounts in the next few days, my deep pity and sympathy goes out to you. Beware the positive reviews of Koodo here, these are being done by Koodo employees and by an ad agency they have hired.
